I’ve followed MWDR on Facebook for several years and always checked out the dogs available for adoption. After reading about the T2F doxies I began checking the website as these dogs became available for adoption. Alric caught my eye and thought about adopting him but he was being fostered in Wisconsin and I’m in central Ilinois. I didn’t give him anymore thought but did see a foster a few months later that I applied for but was declined because my home wasn’t going to meet this dog’s needs. When Rachel called to tell me I wouldn’t be getting this dog she also told me about a foster she had and his name is Alric. I had everything this boy needed and fell in love with him as soon as I met him. He loves his doxie brother, Banjo. He makes me laugh. He’s living in a trailer again but he’s living the life of riley this time!
