9/8/2013  I just wanted to let you know that Buddy is my best friend. Everything has worked out fine. He fell asleep about 10 miles down the road. He must feel this is home because potty breaks have been no problem. He goes to the door to go out and he goofs around before he does something but that is fine. When I am in my recliner Buddy is there with me. He is always two steps behind me or two steps in front of me. I couldn't have asked for a better dog. I best way I can put it... is he is my dream dog!!.

Thanks for all you did for him.

I thought I would like to give you one more note on my boy Buddy.

He still is my shadow no matter what I do or where I go. He loves road trips, walks and being in the work shop. Out side of marrying Norah and the kids he is one of the best things to happen to me.

Just wanted to say "Thank you" again for being Buddy's foster parents until we got him. There are not enough good things to say about Midwest Dachshund Rescue.

He has been such a blessing. Norah has been gone for ten days to visit her sister and Buddy is such a great and faithful companion. I taught him what road trip means and now when I say it he goes and stands by the garage door waiting to get into the car. (Just a little bragging again, Sorry!!)

I have enclosed some pictures with him in a couple of outfits.
