When we adopted Dolce, MWDR advised us that he may have been abused. After we adopted Dolce, we took him to Veterinary Behavior Specialties of Minnesota. Dr. Duxbury examined Dolce and confirmed the abuse. We have worked diligently (over the past 2 years) to get Dolce the on-going care he needs and provide a loving home. Dolce continues to make progress with his abuse related behavior issues. We love Dolce. New this year, I was able to donate to MWDR through my Employer's Community Support Campaign.
